RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Programming
Educate and enroll customers in the most appropriate class(es) for their child(ren). To ensure they have a clear understanding of Gymboree learning through play concepts as well as enrollment terms and conditions. There are 3 core programs:
• Gymboree Play & Learn classes include age appropriate play activities on our custom designed play equipment, songs, parachute play, and bubbles.
• Music classes involve instrument activities, singing, dancing and exploring a variety of music styles from around the world.
• Art classes offer hands-on, process-oriented activities including painting, sculpting, collage making and dress-up time, in addition to movement activities and songs that support different art themes explored.
• Additional Program (ex. Sport, School Skills, etc.) information must also be learned.
2. Sales/Customer Service
• Be responsible for knowing and achieving personal sales target.
• Display a positive attitude while assisting and managing multiple Customers and providing excellent Customer service
• Use features and benefits of Gymboree to provide information and sell enrollments, merchandise, birthday parties and special events to new and existing customers. Prepare payment receipt, collect fees, and enroll contracts for package sales for customer and company signing, return copy of enrollment contract to customer together with welcome kits.
• Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers.
• Expand and well manage customer database. The database is including all customer information as company requirement forms and current sales status.
• Resolve Customer complaint / problems / issues rapidly
• Maintain knowledge of and report on competitor activities.
• Responsible for identifying market segments, niches, and potential markets
• Assist with off-site grassroots events
• Take initiative to further self-development to promote future growth with Gymboree Play & Music Vietnam
PRE-REQUISITES
Minimum diploma in business administration
Previous experience in a sales driven education environment a plus
Strong Customer service skills
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly, pleasant personality that represents the Gymboree brand
Excellent follow up skills
Utilize strong communication skills ‐ verbal, non-verbal and display active listening to assist Customers in making their selections
Able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
Good strategic thinking, tactical planning, analytical ability
HOURS
5 days a week, 8 hours a day, including weekends.

At Gymboree, we take a playful and active approach to learning. We know that playing and learning are inextricably linked and our “whole child” approach helps children to build strong motor and social skills to better prepare them for school, all while having fun!
We are seeking for individuals to assist and facilitate Gymboree classes. As children are always with a parent in class, the role does not require child supervision responsibilities. Instead, you will facilitate the class, introduce activities and instruct parents using a lesson plan provided by Gymboree. All classes are conducted in English.
REQUIREMENTS:
- We are looking for a passionate, energetic, fun-loving individual, with ability to facilitate parent/child activities.
- A team player with good interpersonal and social skill.
- Basic Early childhood Certificate or background in music is a plus.
- Able to sing and rhyme with a pleasant voice.
- Good & fluent command of English language is necessary as all classes are conducted in English.
- In-house Intensive Training Programs will be provided.
- Salary is negotiable base on experience.
